Loved our 10-nights stay.

The room was huge, with good speedy wifi. The hotel had an amazing location very close to Cenote Santa Cruz.

We liked rooms and food here. The nice onsite restaurant had variety of food.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we liked our choice. The setting was stunning, near Cancun and a good restaurant.

I stayed 2 nights and can't wait to go back when visiting Mexico.

The hotel of choice in Playa del Carmen. This venue was brand-new and everything was great. The room was with good speedy wifi.

Staff and food were very good, I loved every detail. I got to the airport within 15 minutes' drive.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a fantastic area, right by a zoo, the parks. Booked a room with awesome views of the ocean. The beds where exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was generous sized.

actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in playa del carmen. came here for 3 night stay, had an absolutely amazing experience. the gourmet restaurant onsite had appetising dishes.

It was surely a such great stay at the same time. The room we had included a mini bar, pay television and a writing table. Most of the staff were accommodating.

Overall I appreciated that cute hotel. Full size breakfast, good service. My room was neat. Awesome facilities and the pool was lovely. Central location with stunningly beautiful views.

The location was wonderful, the staff were eager to help. Within short walking distance to the good beach. Our room was lovely and lovely on the balcony. Main bar was nice and neat. The service was perfect here.

We loved the prime location, and the terrific staff. Had functional double room with the balcony, good speedy WiFi, for instance. The highlight was the outstanding food. The pool area was very clean too:)))

Decent location and stunning breakfast, comfortable beds.

Always fairly clean place with phenomenal staff and strategic location. Breakfasts were incredible, always with variety of meals. The beach was amazing. The main bar was premium and the drinks were premium.

Nicely appointed hotel, best possible location, well-appointed room. Particularly good view of pool. Late check out too. The best public beach I've seen before now. The attached restaurant and good bar, I thoroughly enjoyed them.

The bed was broken in this place.

The room was surprisingly quiet, the bed was soft, and the provided breakfast was extraordinary. Impeccable staff, was willing to help all the time.

This was my second wonderful stay here and I will come back. The tasty food was a good touch. The staff created an absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Facilities were modern too.
